Return and Refund Policy:
At Rebound, we value your satisfaction and always strive to provide high-quality products that meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a free return policy without any questions asked. This policy enables you to exchange or return products ordered from Rebound in case of manufacturing defects. Rebound will bear the shipping costs for returns due to manufacturing defects, and the refund will be credited to the payment account within 10-14 business days upon receiving and inspecting the product.
You can request a product replacement or refund within 14 days from the time of order delivery.
The product must be in its original condition. This requires that the product is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and free from any tearing or soiling. It should include all tags, labels, and care instructions attached to it. Additionally, the product should be in its original packaging as shipped.
If the exchanged items do not meet the previous requirements, they will be returned to the customer, and a delivery fee of 25 SAR will be applied.
If a customer sends products that are not related to Rebound brand, those items will be returned to the customer, and a shipping fee of 25 SAR will be applied.
Underwear, socks, and swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
You can initiate the request either via WhatsApp at +966506188080, or by emailing Support@rebound.net. The request will be reviewed by the Rebound team for approval. Once approved, the request will be processed directly, which may take 5-10 business days.
The shipping costs for products to be replaced or returned will be borne by the customer unless there are manufacturing defects or incorrect product shipments.
When exchanging products outside Saudi Arabia, the customer is responsible for covering the exchange costs, including:
1- Customs Duties
2- Shipping Costs
3- Shipment Weight
If the request for refunding the product's value is approved, the refund will be credited to the payment account within 10-14 business days from the date of receiving and inspecting the product.
If you wish to exchange the product for another one, the alternative product(s) should be of the same value or higher.

During promotional periods, such as "buy 2 get 1" offers, customers may only exchange items for different sizes. If a return is necessary, all items included in the offer must be returned.
Make sure to contact customer service within 14 days of the time of order delivery, and the support team at Rebound will guide you regarding the procedures for returning, replacing, or refunding the product.
