Returns & Refunds

You can return any product you are not satisfied with, except for items that fall under the company's non-returnable policy, such as underwear and products in contact with sensitive body areas.
For approved return requests, you can receive the refund amount in your Rebound wallet, or the account used for payment.
Exchange:
When initiating an exchange process, you can exchange any product you ordered for another product, considering price differences and applicable delivery fees. However, all items that fall under the company's non-returnable policy, such as underwear or products in contact with sensitive body areas, are excluded.

The product must be in its original condition. Maintaining the original condition of the product requires that it is unused, completely intact, unwashed, and free from any damage, tears, or dirt. All tags, labels, and care instructions must be attached, and the product must be in the original packaging it was sent in.

Yes, if the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping mishaps, you can get a refund for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to the store.

After 14 days from the order delivery date, no replacement or refund requests will be accepted according to Rebound's return and refund policy.

Customers are entitled to one free exchange or return per order. Additional exchanges within the same order will incur an extra 19 SR for every additional exchange and return within the same order.
When exchanging products outside Saudi Arabia, the customer is responsible for covering the exchange costs, including:

During promotional periods, such as "buy 2 get 1" offers, customers may only exchange items for different sizes. If a return is necessary, all items included in the offer must be returned.
